The medicine contains Norfloxacin and Tinidazole. The combination of Norfloxacin and Tinidazole is used to treat bacterial and protozoal infections, particularly in the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts. It is effective against conditions like diarrhea, dysentery, and urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Should be avoided during treatment and for at least 3 days after finishing the medication due to Tinidazole.
May cause dizziness, so avoid driving if affected.
Use cautiously in patients with liver disease.
Caution required in those with kidney impairment.
Not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

Norfloxacin: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis, thereby stopping the growth of bacteria. Tinidazole: An antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent that disrupts the DNA of protozoa and anaerobic bacteria, killing them.
Dysentery: Inflammation of the intestines causing diarrhea with blood, often due to protozoa or bacteria, treated with Tinidazole. Gastrointestinal Infections: Infections of the stomach or intestines, causing diarrhea and abdominal pain, treated with this combination.
