B Zyme Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pancreatin and Dimethicone/Polydimethylsiloxane. Pancreatin is a digestive enzyme that helps in digestion of food. Dimethicone/Polydimethylsiloxane is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
