This pharmaceutical preparation is prepared from the combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is a dopamine receptor antagonist that accelerates gastric emptying by increasing movements in the stomach and intestine and reduces symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine exhibits antihistamine property and is also a calcium channel blocker which improves blood flow in the inner ear by activating the sensory system in the inner ear, preventing and treating vertigo and motion sickness.

Nausea is defined as a feeling of discomfort or illness characterized by an urge to vomit. Vomiting is a condition where your stomach ejects all of its contents up through your mouth. It can be caused by various factors, like a stomach infection, irritation from a sharp and foul smell, food poisoning, motion sickness, or pregnancy.
Yes, Btzin D can make you feel drowsy. Avoid driving, operating machinery, working at heights or participating in potentially dangerous activities until you know how this medicine affects you.
If you miss a dose of Btzin D, you should skip the missed dose and take the next dose at its usual time and quantity. You should not take a double dose of Btzin D to make up for a missed dose.
Visit the nearest emergency department if you accidentally take too much of Btzin D.
Keep this medicine in the packet or container it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
You should continue to take Btzin D until your doctor asks you to stop it. If you stop taking Btzin D sooner than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).
