Consuming alcohol while using Calagy 8% Lotion may exacerbate skin irritaion and dryness.
There are no known effects on the ability to drive on using Calamine 8% Lotion.
Using Calamine 8% Lotion during pregnancy generally considered to be safe; but it's always best to consult a doctor.
Using Calamine 8% Lotion while breastfeeding generally considered to be safe; avoid areas where it may get ingested by the baby.
Calamine is a combination of iron(III) oxide and zinc oxide. It provides a cooling effect on the skin, reducing discomfort and itching. Zinc oxide acts as an astringent, reducing fluid secretion from irritated skin, and has mild antiseptic properties.
Apply it when you remember; avoid doubling the dose to compensate for the missed one.
