Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that opens up the blocked nose by narrowing small blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine inhibits histamine, which relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itching. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever.
