How Cof Q Tablet 10s works

Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent which loosens and thin mucus in the Airways and makes it easier to cough up and clear. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant which assists to remove out mucus from the respiratory tract Phenylephrine reduces inflammation in the nose passages, making it easier to breathe. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that opens up the blocked nose by narrowing small blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine inhibits histamine, which relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itching. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and cause inflammation.
