This is a combination of Paradichlorobenzene, Chlorbutol, Benzocaine, and Turpentine Oil which belongs to the Otic Agent group of medicines, Wax Softeners, Local anaesthetic, and Lubricating agent. It is used in the treatment of those patients who are suffering from impacted wax and keratosis. Keratosis causes keratin formation in the ear canal. Benzocaine is a local anaesthetic that acts on nerve pathways to reduce pain sensations. Paradichlorobenzene helps in reducing the thickness of impacted wax and helps in removing it easily. Chlorbutol is a wax softener and Turpentine oil is a lubricating agent which reduces dryness by lubricating the ear canal.

• Put 23 drops of this in the affected ear 34 times a day or as prescribed by the physician
• The doctor suggests your dose and duration after looking at the severity of the condition, age, and body weight, so do not change the dose yourself

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Not for use if you have a perforated eardrum
