This drug is a combination medicine that is formulated from four medicines: Bromelain, Diclofenac, Trypsin, and Rutoside. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes, they send a message to the body by increasing the blood supply to release substances that fight pain and swelling. Rutoside is an antioxidant that reduces inflammation by protecting the body from free radical damage. Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the release of prostaglandins from the brain.
