Miconazole can inhibit the CYP450 14alpha-lanosterol demethylase enzyme. Neomycin can inhibit the bacteria ribosomes through binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria and can disrupt the translational machinery of bacteria protein synthesis.
