Gamma I.V. 5gm Infusion may sometimes cause side effects like back pain, chills, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), dizziness, headache, nausea, decreased blood pressure, and muscle pain. Also, Gamma I.V. which has sucrose, fructose or maltose as an ingredient in it is more likely to cause kidney damage.

Your symptoms may take 3-4 weeks to improve. This duration can vary depending on the disease you have and the way you respond to the treatment. If you are not sure, consult your doctor.
