It is a combination of Nimesulide and Paracetamol belonging to the class of painkillers known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
It is used for the treatment of fever and to reduce pain in conditions like headache, muscle pain, toothache, menstrual cramps, and arthritis
If having history of Liver impairment, consult with doctor.
Patient with kidney disease should consult with doctor before initiating this medication.
Unsafe to consume Alcohol with this medication.
It can alter concentration.
During last 3 month of pregnancy this medication not recommended to take because it can harm baby.
It passes to baby through milk.
Nimesulide works by blocking the production of substances that cause inflammation and pain in the body and reduce pain and inflammation in the body. Paracetamol works by blocking the body's pain signs and lowering the brain's temperature to reduce fever.
