Nocold Plus 125 Mg/60 Mg/1 Mg Syrup 60ml is a combined formulation composed of Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine maleate, and paracetamol, effective in treating several symptoms of the common cold. Phenylephrine reduces inflammation in the nose passages, making it easier to breathe. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that opens up the blocked nose by narrowing small blood vessels. Chlorpheniramine inhibits histamine, which relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itching. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that stops the body from making histamine during an allergic reaction. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and causes inflammation.
