It is the combination of Gentamicin, Clotrimazole, Lignocaine, and Beclomethasone. Gentamicin inhibits the protein synthesis and leads to the production of defective proteins results in bacterial cell death, that helps to treat the infections. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis (a crucial component of fungal cell membrane) which make cell membrane more permeable and cell death.
