How Rtrex Ear Drop 5ml works
It is the combination of Gentamicin, Clotrimazole, Lignocaine, and Beclomethasone. Gentamicin inhibits the protein synthesis and leads to the production of defective proteins results in bacterial cell death, that helps to treat the infections. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis (a crucial component of fungal cell membrane) which make cell membrane more permeable and cell death. It contains beclomethasone steroid which treats swelling, itching, and redness in the skin by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) produced by the hair. Lignocaine is a local anaesthetic which unconscious the afflicted region and reduce pain.
