Sightim Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Bimatoprost and Timolol. Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue while Timolol is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
