Ambroxol has a mucolytic property which thin and loosens the mucus and promotes its easy elimination. Levosalbutamol widens the airways by dilating the bronchioles and relaxing the muscles present in the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps reduce the stickiness of mucus and remove it from the airways. These medicines work together to make breathing very easy.
