Trimol 250 mg/30 mg/150 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Phenazone and Caffeine which relieve headache. Paracetamol and Phenazone work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce headache.
