Consuming alcohol while taking Triokit VG Capsule may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
Triokit VG Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Triokit VG Capsule should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Triokit VG Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.<BR>Triokit VG Capsule may cause dizziness or seizures. This may affect your ability to drive.
Triokit VG Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function.
Triokit VG Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Triokit VG Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Triokit VG Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Fluconazole, Azithromycin and Secnidazole. Fluconazole is an antifungal which works by preventing the formation of the fungal protective covering which is essential for the survival of the fungi in the human body. Azithromycin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Secnidazole is also an antibiotic which kills the infection-causing bacteria and other microorganisms, by damaging their DNA.
