It is prepared from the combination of three medicines: Chlorocresol, Clobetasol, and Clobetasol. Clobetasol is a steroidal medicine that causes redness in the skin by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins); reduce itching and swelling. Ketoconazole damages the fungal cell membrane and this membrane is necessary for the survival of the fungus. Chlorocresol is an antimicrobial agent that denatures proteins by disturbing the formation of the cell membrane of microbes. It effectively prevents the growth of bacteria, Molds, and fungi.
