Introduction to Afthus Gel

You should always use Afthus Gel exactly as your doctor has told you. It is only for use on the skin but do not use the cream or ointment on your face for more than recommended. Do not cover the area you have treated with a bandage or plaster unless your doctor tells you to. You should use this medicine regularly but do not apply large amounts or use it for longer than prescribed. It should be spread thinly. Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve after 2 weeks of treatment.

Afthus Gel has a few potential side effects but not everyone will get them. These may include allergic skin reactions, bacterial skin infections, acne, thinning or a change in colour of the skin, burning, stinging and itching.
