This medicine is made from a combination of two medicines: Ambroxol and Loratidine. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that relieves congestion in the airways by loosening and thinning mucus. Loratidine is a nonsedating antihistamine drug that reduces allergy symptoms by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that is responsible for causing sneezing, itching, and runny nose.
If missed a dose; take it as soon as recall. Avoid doubling up the dose in order to compensate for the missed dose.
Cough refers to the increased production of mucus or phlegm in the airways, often caused by dust, smoke, infections, or cold.
