Asunra 400 mg Tablet contains Deferasirox, which belongs to the group of medicines called Iron chelators. Asunra 400 mg Tablet is used to remove chronic iron overload (excess iron in the body) caused by frequent blood transfusions in patients with beta thalassaemia major aged 6 years and older.
Asunra 400 mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. Take it in the exact dose and duration and take it regularly at a fixed time each day to get the maximum benefit from it.

Asunra 400mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Asunra 400mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Asunra 400mg Tablet traps and removes excess iron which is then excreted mainly in the stools. This reduces the risk of organ damage.
