This is formulated by combining Cyproheptadine, Tricholine citrate, and Sorbitol. Cyproheptadine acts by reducing the chemical messenger (serotonin) present in the hypothalamus (a part of the brain that is responsible for regulating appetite). Tricholine citrate is a binding agent that forms a bond with bile acids. It works to remove acid from the body, using cholesterol the liver produces more bile acid which in turn reduces cholesterol in the body. Sorbitol is an osmotic laxative and also acts as a syrup base effective in providing relief from constipation.
