Buscopan 10mg Suppository is for administration into the back passage (rectum) and must not be taken by mouth. Buscopan 10mg Suppository is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

How To Use Buscopan 10mg Suppository

Remove the wrapper from the suppository before inserting it. Keep lying down for about 15 minutes after insertion so that the suppository does not come out before it melts.
