It is a medicine that helps with common cold symptoms. Its used to relieve symptoms like headache, sore throat, runny nose, muscle pain, and fever that come with a common cold.
It has three medicines—Paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, and chlorpheniramine. They work together to reduce pain and fever, relieve nasal congestion, and manage allergy symptoms.
Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with this drug.

It is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or prolonged use of this drug may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
It is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of this drug may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. Use of this drug may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of this drug may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of this drug is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
