This combination of Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine is designed to relieve symptoms of colds and allergies, such as congestion, sneezing, fever, and body aches.
Use cautiously in liver disease, as paracetamol can affect liver function.
Dose adjustments may be needed in case of kidney impairment.
Avoid alcohol, as it can increase drowsiness and liver toxicity.
Avoid driving if you feel drowsy or dizzy after taking this medication.
Use only under medical supervision if absolutely necessary.
Consult a doctor before use, as small amounts may pass into breast milk.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that blocks histamine to reduce symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by lowering the production of chemicals in the brain that cause pain and fever. Phenylephrine: A decongestant that narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double doses.
