Colimex Oral Drops 15ml

This formulation is prepared from the combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Dimethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic agent that shows action by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. Dimethicone is an antifoaming agent that relieves pain and abdominal cramps by blocking muscle contractions. Antifoaming agents facilitate easy passage of gas by disintegrating gas bubbles.
