Droxflora Tablet DT is a combination of two medicines: Cefadroxil and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. Cefadroxil is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is a live micro-organism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
How To Use Droxflora Tablet DT
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Droxflora Tablet DT may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
