It is a combination of Tamsulosin and solifenacin used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. It relaxes the muscles of the urinary bladder and prostate gland to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination. It is used to treat men with moderate to severe voiding and storage symptoms of the urinary tract due to benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder problems.

Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles around the prostate gland and bladder exit and results in easy passage of urine. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic that relaxes urinary bladder muscles to stop frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia- It is a non-cancerous condition in which prostrate enlarges in size and cause difficulty in urination.
