Ebastine: Works by blocking H1 histamine receptors, reducing the symptoms of allergic reactions such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Montelukast: Inhibits leukotriene receptors, reducing inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus production in the airways, helping in asthma control and relief from allergic rhinitis.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to catch up.
