Gemfos 150mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gemfos 150mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease. However, use of Gemfos 150mg Tablet is not advised in severe kidney disease patients.
Gemfos 150mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Gemfos 150mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Gemfos 150mg Tablet is a bisphosphonate. It acts by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause the destruction of bone, thereby strengthening the bones and minimizing the risk of fractures.
