Introduction to Nevir -ER Tablet

It belongs to the class of drugs known as non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). It is used in treatment of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection.

It inhibits the reverse transcriptase enzyme, a key player in the replication of HIV. By doing so, it helps prevent the virus from multiplying in the body.
