This is a combination of Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide used for the treatment of Hypertension (high blood Pressure). It also reduces the chances of heart attack and stroke

How Telwake Trio Tablet works

Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that blocks the action of angiotensin II resulting in relaxation and widening of the blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which widens and relax the blood vessels. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that prevents fluid retention by removing excess electrolytes and water from the body.

Take it with either with food and without food
