It is primarily prescribed to lower cholesterol levels and prevent blood clots, thereby reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Rosuvastatin is a statin that reduces the production of cholesterol in the liver, while Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent that prevents platelets from clumping together.
