It is a combination of Alprazolam and Propranolol. Alprazolam as an active constituent is present in it. This medicine works by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger (GABA) and suppressing abnormal and excessive activities in the nerve cells of the brain. Propranolol is a beta-blocker that acts by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels and helps to reduce blood pressure, heart rate, and strain on the heart.
