It contains Nortriptyline, Methylcobalamin (also known as Mecobalamin), and Pregabalin. This combination of Nortriptyline, Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin is commonly used to treat neuropathic pain, especially in conditions like diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, and nerve damage. It helps relieve pain caused by nerve dysfunction and also supports nerve health.
It may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
It may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Itt is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding.
It may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.
It is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease.
Nortriptyline: A tricyclic antidepressant that works by increasing the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, which helps reduce nerve pain. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin: A form of Vitamin B12 that supports nerve regeneration and repairs damaged nerves. Pregabalin: A medication that reduces the release of pain-causing neurotransmitters in the brain, helping to calm overactive nerves and relieve neuropathic pain.
Diabetic Neuropathy: Nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels in people with diabetes, leading to pain, numbness, and weakness. Sciatica: Pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, usually caused by a compressed or irritated nerve in the lower spine.
