How Alaspan AG Syrup 100ml works
Loratidine is a non-sedating antihistamine drug that reduces allergy symptoms by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that is responsible for causing sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Ambroxol has mucolytic property which thins and loosens the mucus and promotes its easy elimination. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps reduce the stickiness of mucus and remove it from the airways. These medicines work together to make breathing very easy.
