It is a combined formulation composed of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, Cetirizine, and Caffeine effective in treating several symptoms of common cold. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and cause inflammation. Cetrizine is an antihistaminic agent works by inhibiting the release of specific chemical messengers that cause allergic reactions like itching and inflammation.
