Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that makes breathing easier by treating swelling and congestion by contracting the blood vessels present in the nasal passages. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that relieves congestion in the airways by loosening and thinning mucus. Levocetrizine has anti-histaminic property which treats itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking histamine receptors.
