The medicine contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone. Pantoprazole and Domperidone is a combination medication used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions caused by excess stomach acid and delayed gastric emptying.
Avoid alcohol as it may increase drowsiness and worsen side effects.
May cause dizziness; avoid driving if you feel drowsy or lightheaded.
Use cautiously if you have liver problems; dosage adjustment may be needed.
Caution is advised in kidney disease; regular monitoring may be required.
Consult your doctor; usually recommended only if benefits outweigh risks.
Not recommended due to the risk of side effects in the infant.
Pantoprazole: A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Domperidone: A dopamine antagonist that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines to prevent nausea and vomiting.
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): A condition where stomach acid frequently flows back into the esophagus, causing irritation. Dyspepsia: Indigestion or discomfort in the upper abdomen often related to acid reflux.
