It contains Bromhexine, Terbutaline, and Guaiphenesin. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that assists to relax airways muscles which make it easier to breathe. Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent which loosens and thin mucus in the Airways and makes it easier to cough up and clear. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant which assists to remove out mucus from the respiratory tract
