This formulation is prepared from the combination of two medicines which is very effective in preventing stroke, heart attack, and angina. This medicine reduces the levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides and reduces the formation of blood clots.
This medicine is a combination of Atorvastatin and Aspirin. Atorvastatin reduces cholesterol levels by reducing LDL and triglycerides by inhibiting the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme and reducing cardiovascular disease risk. Aspirin is an NSAID that has anti-platelet action, preventing platelets from sticking together and preventing the formation of harmful blood clots.
