Bdparib 300mg Tablet is an anti-cancer agent containing the active constituent rucaparib. It is used for the maintenance treatment of patients with ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer. It is used after cancer has responded to previous chemotherapy treatments. It can also be used to treat if you have an abnormality of the BRCA gene.

It inhibits the enzyme PARP (poly adenosine diphosphate-ribose polymerase), damages the DNA, and prevents the cancer cells from growing and multiplying. 

Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using.
