It falls under the class of ophthalmic combination preparations. It is prescribed for reducing intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
The medicine combines Brinzolamide (1% w/v) and Timolol (0.5% w/v), which work together to decrease the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye) and increase its drainage, thus lowering intraocular pressure.
Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
