Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by lowering the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause inflammation and pain. Phenylephrine: A decongestant that narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and sinus pressure.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, but skip it if it is near the time of your next scheduled dose. Do not double doses.
