Cefalexin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Carbocisteine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cecarb 250mg/150mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
