This pharmaceutical preparation is a combination of three drugs: Aspirin/Acetylsalicylic acid, Atorvastatin, and Clopidogrel. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination.
