Foracort 400 Rotacap is a combined drug having 2 active ingredients Budesonide and Formoterol. Budesonide showcases its activity by reducing inflammation by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. Formoterol acts by binding two beta 2-adrenergic receptors present in the lungs. This ingredient helps to relax the smooth muscles present in the airways which open up the airways and provide ease in breathing.

• Hold the inhaler in the upright direction and rotate the base to open it.
• Put the inhaler's mouth-peice between your lips, breath in deeply and forcefully to inhale the medicine into your lungs.
• Take out the inhaler from your mouth and try to hold your breathe for 7-10 seconds so that medicine can reach deeply into the airways.
• Afterwards, rinse the mouth using water after every use to prevent the risk of hoarseness.
