Dorzolamide works by inhibiting an enzyme in the eye, which helps to decrease the production of fluid, thereby reducing pressure. Timolol, on the other hand, is a beta-blocker that also helps to lower eye pressure by reducing the amount of fluid produced in the eye.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the eye drops.
• Tilt your head back slightly and pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
• Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze out a drop into the pocket.
• Close your eyes gently and apply pressure to the inner corner of the eye for about a minute.
• Avoid blinking or rubbing your eyes immediately after application.
• If using other eye medications, wait at least 5-15 minutes before applying them.

• Do not use if you are allergic to Dorzolamide or Timolol.
• Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery immediately after use as it may cause temporary blurred vision.
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Remove contact lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
