Consuming alcohol while taking Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Doxylin TZ 100mg/600mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Doxycycline and Tinidazole. Doxycycline stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Tinidazole kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA.
