Drep New Ear Drop 5ml

This pharmaceutical preparation has been prepared by combining four active ingredients named Clotrimazole, Neomycin, Beclometasone, and Lidocaine. Neomycin is an antibiotic that inhibits the growth of bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins that are necessary for bacteria to perform vital functions. Clotrimazole is an active constituent acts by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis (a crucial component in formation of cell membrane by fungus). This disturbance leads to increase the permeability of cell membrane due to which components present inside membrane start leaking out and ultimately cause cell death and infection resolution. Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic act by blocking pain signals and interrupt transfer of these signals from the nerves to the brain; and relieve the pain. Beclometasone is a corticosteroid which lowers the inflammation and ease in allergic symptoms.
