Dysmeryl 10 mg/350 mg/250 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Dysmeryl 10 mg/350 mg/250 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dysmeryl 10 mg/350 mg/250 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Dysmeryl 10 mg/350 mg/250 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Dysmeryl 10 mg/350 mg/250 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and Mefenamic Acid which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
